One of our reps answers his ringing telephone.

S.S.: "Yes, I'd love to be able to help you."
Customer: "Great! What's your name?"
S.S.: "My name is [redacted], spelled [redacted]."
Customer: "Oh, they got Asians over there, now."
S.S. (A wry grin spreads across his face): "No, I'm American."

We all turn, horrified, to look at him. To his credit, he just keeps grinning.
