The site, run by the city and county of San Francisco, includes fires, floods, tsunamis, evacuations, terror attacks, contagious diseases and, of course, earthquakes. It doesn't specifically cover zombie attacks, but if you combine the information under terror and evacuation, you should have a workable plan. Just remember to bring an ax.
